At the end of WWII, John is trapped in a shepherd's hut for two days with the head of the Gestapo for
Norway - Siegfried Fehmer - whom he has just tracked down and captured. At the time of this event,
John was 25 years old, while Fehmer was almost 40 - the war was over, this was a battle of minds that John was in danger of losing.
